This app functions exactly like I had hoped. I’ve tried two other pre-order apps, and they were missing some of the features that I find absolutely critical for my business. Not only that, any issues that I’ve had, their customer support is fast and efficient. Highly recommend.
Easy setup, support had me up and running in no time.
Easy to install on our Shopify website, and customer service was able to respond and action an issue with the Selling Plan Description appearing on product page within a day. Also able to offer pre-order on select variants, which other pre-order apps were unable to do.
I am writing this because I would like to support their business after the video call. The customer service is amazing.
I am starting a small apparel e-shop site and wanted to add the pre-order option before the actual delivery.
If you download the app, it will allow you to schedule a private 30 min video call so they will walk through and help you set up what you need. I normally get confused easily but It's very simple.
The adviser was very helpful, patient and productive!!

This was truly a great experience. I have been shopping PreOrder apps and this is the best to date. Jolo made the experience worth it. he is a great instructor, very informative and very helpful in getting the product integrated into the store. I look forward to more developments from this company

The app is very useful to manage your out of stock/pre-orders. Their support team is AMAZING! It didn't even take half a day to have all my special requests answered and customized. Really impressive and well-trained team. Highly recommend.
Setting up the app was super easy and we did our first pre-sale item with one minor issue. I set up a phone chat with support and Jolo explained the setting I needed to change to fix the issue and it was solved. Great customer service, awesome app!
