Jalo was wonderful. Solve my problem within minutes. Very cheerful, a throwback to how customer service used to be. Good job!
I'm still learning the app, but I can see how impactful it will be for increasing sales and also for making our current customers' lives so much easier! The in-person walk through with Jolo - was amazing! No one does in-person anymore, so this added touch goes along way toward increasing my confidence in using the app as well as leaving me with a very positive feeling about Preorder. I can't wait to dig in and start implementing!

Simple to use, and exactly what we need to open presales without excessive fluff. Customer service is exceptional, and Jolo's an absolute gem.
Fantastic app, easy to customize, lots of functions, working properly. Great and quick support, I like this app ! And very fair price !
So far my experience with the app has been good aside from a few glitches. Somehow the app stopped showing my items as pre order, and that caused some upset from customers, but once the issue was caught the team helped correct it and also helped me with some other settings. I would recommend the app, but look forward to using it longer to see if I encounter any other issues. Knowing the customer service is so fast and helpful is a plus!
Super helpful in setting up the app, making sure everything is coded correctly and extra attention on the first drop day! 10/10 would recommend!
