So far so good! Our business makes custom suits for action figures so we use the pre-order/made to order function. So far it works great. When I had trouble, their support staff Jolo helped quickly and solved the issue. I would recommend this app.
The app is really versatile. I can adjust my subscription according to what I need and scale it up or down. All the features are pretty useful - from pre-order, back-in-stock notifications. I recommend new users to get on their guided setup call because they will guide you through their dashboard and show you what can be customised to improve your customers' experience. Overall, very happy with the app and their support.
Works great! Use it for 7 months now and never had any issues. Their support is also very good, fast reply and helpfull!
The app has been incredible to use and is an essential part of our business. The app has been very good and has many useful features and parameters to configure the badges, the words, look and feel.
Although initially there were some issues with displaying the badges, the support team was very responsive, friendly, patient and assuring. And they managed to resolve the issues after some time, proving their technical capabilities.

Very prompt support even on the weekends. And because of giving permission to access parts of the backend of my site, they were able to guide me through each step and find a workaround where my custom coding had complicated things. Good customer service is so rare these days, it deserves to be celebrated!
