Robert was able to fix the issue of Backorder showing up on the product page when a product was out of stock by removing the BACKORER badge. Now the potential purchaser is taken to the order page and then will see that the product is sold out and on backorder...BUT will be presented with the option of providing their email so that we can contact them when the product is back in stock and hopefully complete the sale. So now folks won't potentially just "walk away" and we have no idea of who they are and how to follow up with them. Great job, Robert!

Kate helped me with a problem today and she was amazing. I have used their preorder since March 2022 and absolutely love it. They are first class.

While the back end is a bit clunky, and the app is a bit slow to load on our product page, the service team is excellent and always super helpful.

As far as low-cost solutions go, I'd say this is a great place to start.

In real-time Jolo walked me through the process and helped me set up my Pre-Order campaigns, as well as gave me insight into how it works, messaging that works well and even walked me through customizations.
