We used this app to set items available for pre-orders on our website. It was incredibly simple to use and worked perfectly. We wanted to customize some of the way the text was displayed on our site and the developers replied to our request almost immediately and went in and made the changes for us. 10/10 this app is great and the support is amazing. Works as advertised for pre-ordering on our site. We had a direct link to purchase from a collection page and the pre-order button had a glitch where it wasn't replacing the standard add-to-cart button. They said it wasn't designed for a collection page but made a fix that worked within a day. Great service.

I use this app for my pre-orders. It does a great job. Very convenient and easy to make adjustments. The customer service team is excellent - very responsive and even installs / modified the look and feel for you. Highly recommend.

I usually don't write reviews but Timesact has had such a positive effect on my business that I had to share my experience with this app. The installation was a breeze and I received excellent customer service from Andrei making a few customizations to my theme. I have had the app a few days and am already generating a lot of sales that I would have missed out on while I am waiting on new inventory to arrive. If you are looking for a pre-order app, don't hesitate to install this one!
