I use this app quite a lot. Never had any issues. Easy to set up and update.
And I just spoke to Jolo - their customer support rep, via video call. I love their customer support!

I have had many sales the minute I installed this app that I would have normally lost from customers leaving the site when their size was out of stock.
I cannot stress enough how much this app changed my business, the app itself is so easy to use and the support is like nothing I have ever experienced, kind, amazing, prompt, knowledgeable support online.
So glad I found this app.

This app is exactly what I was looking for to manage our pre-orders. It is very simple to use, has good onboarding, and has enough features to customize for specific use cases. Robert the CTO has been extremely helpful getting us onboarded.

Oh and the price is very competitive for what they offer. Couldn't recommend this app enough for managing preorders.

Great app with great support. Does exactly what I need allowing customers to pre-order up to the exact quantity of each variant I know will be arriving in my next shipment.

My only minor complaint is that it prevents a discount plugin I was using from working correctly, but I can live with that.

Princess did a great job helping us with issues we were having. Very quick fixes!!!

The video support/Set Up call was excellent. Jolo took the time to explain the nuances of the app which was useful having not used it before. He answered all questions I had and went above and beyond adding some code to our website to ensure the Pre-Order Banner and message were formatted correctly.
He set up a template and added it to one of our products to make sure it was working and displaying correctly. He also went through the full work flow to ensure all messages were where they should be. Great service all round!

We recently added this app to our Shopify store, and the experience was fantastic! The app is super user-friendly, making setup a breeze. What really impressed us was the top-notch support – quick, responsive, and they guided us every step of the way. Highly recommended for a seamless Shopify experience!

Additionally, I had a great experience with Timesact for pre-orders of sweaters and tote bags on my Shopify store. The integration with Shopify was seamless and the plug-in elevated the look of my shop. I had great success using the pre-order feature and plan to use it again!

It is without the best guided support I've had to date. Superb.
