Great app, and great customer support - Jolo was super helpful and ran though my query thoroughly and with patience to ensure the preorder feature would work for our upcoming launch.
Jolo was super helpful with setting up the app on our Shopify store. The whole process took only about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the app, along with giving guidance on the best way to set it up for our specific needs.
The App offers many possibilities to pre-order. I would especially like to mention the exceptionally good support, which helped us often and quickly. Thank you very much!

Each website is different of course and depending on the amount of apps/functionality it has, some items are faster/slower to load. For example a blank dawn theme of a new store is absolutely instantaneous for our app.
Some of the biggest names in DTC rely on us and in some cases we've implemented bespoke solutions to optimize speed. Since it works for them it should also work for your store. My colleague Robert implemented this for you and you seemed happy with our support when you were speaking to him directly in our live chat.

I was looking for the perfect app to allow my customers to either pre-order out of stock items or get notified when back in stock. I was able to set things up initially, then I needed some help. I scheduled a zoom with support and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Support knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and got it set up for me in minutes! They were extremely, helpful, competent and friendly! I give this app and their support team 5 stars hands down!
