This preorder app is easy to set up and works great. The few questions and minor tech issues that we ran into were quickly resolved by the app support team.
We have been using this app for a couple of weeks now and the functionality is exactly what we need for backorders. Specifically we are leveraging this app for the back order tag on the collection page, messaging on the PDP, and email notifications. We are not using the in cart messaging due to the complexity of our theme, but is something we will likely use in the future. Andrei has been INCREDIBLY helpful - he was willing to set up a call to demo the app and it has been pretty user friendly to use since. Definitely reach out to him if you have any questions! We are also excited for other features that are being worked on to be added to the app.

I did my very first sold out order thanks to the free version of Timesact. I'm a very happy camper and once I learned how to use it it was totally worth it!
The instructions on integrating this app to my shopify was easy to follow (very intuitive to use even for not-so-techy people like me). When I requested for support RE: badge activation on my products, they responded and took action quickly. This is a nifty tool especially for sellers who'd like some level of customization for their shopify pre-order app.

This is a great app. I tried several others but this one was the winner with just the right features and a very easy-to-use interface. Oh, and the customer service is top-shelf.

App works great and the team behind it is even better! We launched a new line with the app and had some initial issues, but the support got on it ASAP and had it fixed immediately. Best service we've had on Shopify!
