Great app for a simple pre-order solution and very quick and great support for helping customize and set up the app to work.

I recently installed the Timesact app and integrated it to my Shopify store. I was able to set up a free 1x1 zoom meeting with one of their reps, Solo, and it was super helpful. Solo went over all of the function within the Timesact app and gave me a demonstration on how to navigate my account and settings. Highly recommend to other users!

I was looking for a Pre-Order solution and decided to download Timeact. I found the app to be very intuitive and was able to set up my Pre-Orders fairly quickly and easily. I decided to enroll in the free onboarding session that would take place the following morning just to ensure I didn't miss anything in the set up process, and to get any advice from the Timesact team in best practices. The rep, Rommel, was so amazing in helping to answer my clarification questions, he ended up coding a few items so that my Pre-Order banner showed up correctly, and made suggestions and recommendations to consider as I planned future products. He even explained the pricing structure which was not very clear to me in the app.
Overall, I'm super happy with the app and look forward to leveraging it for my business!

I have literally tried different types of pre-order apps. Some of them bugged my website (still trying to fix it on their end). Once I downloaded this app, it was very straight forward. Great for starting up businesses. And I was help immediately when I was looking for color change and word changes. 100% satisfied with customer service. Super kind.
