Just downloaded the app today and can easily say that the support is fantastic! I needed a few tweaks done for my website and Pam was very helpful, efficient and polite. I look forward to using this app and putting it into action!

I needed to get this up and running quickly. I tried for a few minutes but ran into a problem with my logo. I went ahead and booked a meeting via their Calendly link. I should have done that at the beginning! June immediately jumped in and explained things so clearly. It helped me get everything up and running in under an hour. I wish all customer service were this helpful! We could accomplish so much if everyone were like June at Timesact! June, you rock! Thank you for your time! AMAZING customer service! I went viral all of a sudden and the onboarding talk chat was an absolute Life saver! I had no idea about this app, but I am so glad I found it and use it now. It is a complete timesaver with preorders and back in stock. The gentleman who explained everything was informative and showed me things I didn't know, and I can't wait to start using it monthly.
