This app simplified my Pre-order process. I like the pre-order badges and the ability to customize it. The ability to notify customers on the progress on their order using the app's flow is also a plus. The customer service is also helpful , responds timely and experienced. Great app that just works. Timesact automatically tracks all out-of-stock variant SKUs and switches them to pre-order without me having to lift a finger. The interface is really intuitive — easy to set up and manage even with a large catalog. One of my favourite features is the automatic pre-order confirmation email that goes out to customers as soon as they place an order, so they know straight away it's a pre-order. Support has been awesome too — fast responses and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend for any store that needs solid pre-order management.

This app is mazing. While I downloaded it for the preorder feature, the back in stock feature has quickly become my favorite feature. i get so many questions on when an item will be back and its too much to keep track of so this feature is perfect for me. LOVE! 10/10
