Princess and Robert were very quick to respond, and very patient with my late reply times. They were able to sort out the issues very quickly and took it one step at a time. My issue was resolved without issues or conflicts. Very high quality support.

I am very new with setting up a shop and all that goes along with it. I was easily able to add my products on my own and then had the onboarding session which was super helpful in navigating the app and learning about some better ways to serve my customers. I used this app to add a 'pre-order' feature as an option for my customers, and it also has a discount feature integrated that you can add for your customers who actually pre-order the product. I love how easy it was to use. It is a very intuitive app, that is also free for the first 15 products I believe. I highly recommend this app. I also love that their interface design completely blended with mine and one cannot tell that I am using an outside app.

Great app! easy to use, and gives me the opportunity to take pre orders on out of stock items! There was a small issue with the banner layers showing trough the drop down menu. I emailed the owner and he fixed it for me in no time! highly recommended!
