Great app, excellent customer service. I installed the app and since I have a customized theme, it needed some tweaking that Robert took care of in no time.

The app is very useful to manage your out of stock/pre-orders. Their support team is AMAZING! It didn't even take half a day to have all my special requests answered and customized. Really impressive and well-trained team. Highly recommend.

非常容易设定和添加产品。如果可以更改字体就更好了。比如说Important Notice上的字体，不能和Theme的字体统一的。但是颜色是可以修改成一样的，所以也不是太大问题。可以设定折扣和full payment或者partial payment。比如说可以设定先付一定比例的定金，然后设计具体日期扣钱，可以指定日期，也可以几天/月后自动扣钱，基本符合了我的需求。暂时还没有订单，希望有订单后更好测试流程和rules。

Onboarding meeting非常有用，June非常helpful。因为我的theme比较多customised，所以需要她来帮忙添加Pre-order的badge在产品页和collection页面上，还有需要提高页面显示速度。June都非常快的解决问题，而且还提供很好的页面和文案修改建议。推荐新用户都尝试一下预约这个meeting。很有用！

Really easy to install and when support was required it was super fast and very helpful. Have only just started using this app but so far I am happy!

We'd been wanting to accept pre-orders for some time now. We tried a different app, but it didn't work and the company was unresponsive to our help requests. This app, however, is fantastic, and Timesact support for installation for my theme was instant. We were able to take pre-orders right away. I highly recommend this app for taking pre-orders.
