I wholeheartedly recommend Timesact on shopify to take care of your preorder. It's easy to use, and it sets you up perfectly. Their customer service is second to none. I was doing something wrong with my setup, and reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, and effectively in taking care of my issue. Now my presale is set up seamlessly!

I just had a live support session with June and I found this so helpful! I am a new boutique owner and NEED all the help I can get with leveraging product receipts, marketing and inventory management. As an entrepreneur saving time and making best use of it is a priority and I appreciate a company like Timesact who invest time in their users, I'm a huge fan already!
Prompt customer service and user friendly app. We just started using it and looking forward to exploring the use cases further.
We have tried out several of the Pre-Order Apps available on the Shopify App Store. Timesact's Discount Pre-Order app was by far the easiest to use with some great features. Some of the competing apps that would allow us to take pre-orders for specific product variants were far more expensive. When we needed assistance the customer service was some of the best we have received on the Shopify platform to date. Great work by the Timesact Team!

[UPDATE] Very well designed app. App does a lot of things without custom coding other apps can only do with custom coding that would take forever to get implemented. Definitely one of the very well-thought-of app! Would highly recommend! Jolo from customer support was awesome as he helped and guided me through a couple of very useful functions.
[OLD] Super fast customer support and reasonable pricing for functions the app provides! Love how you can customize each products for pre-order, back in stock, etc.
The app is great, does exactly what i need. The on-boarding zoom call was brilliant. So helpful and informative.
Very easy to install. I needed assistance for a badge setting and Andrei helped me in a very short time. I'm very satisfied!
