I've used other pre-order apps before to help bridge stock deliveries. This app and Andrei were by far the easiest to install and get up and running. I have products with many variants, and this app made light work of that. I always reach out to the app developer BEFORE installing, just to check responsiveness and willingness to answer a basic question, and Andrei was quick and very helpful. When I needed a coding change to get the 'pre-order' banner to show on the collection pages, again Andrei completed the work quickly (and for free!). I reckon this is going to be my preferred pre-order app from now on.

I will recommend this APP 100%
but hope the video call will have more timeslot for the Asian area.

So far so good with the app. Customer Service was quick and easily explained setup issues. There are a few small quirks with the UI (like the Available Date selected was always one day behind the day I'd click), but easily worked around.

Do the free onboarding session! They made this program so simple to use, and truly customized it to my exact needs and made sure I'm not overpaying for features I might not use. So far it's been really easy to integrate, I love how it helps keep communication so clear between my shop and customers so they know exactly what to expect with my pre-sale. Highly recommend!

Being a novice, the onboarding call was useful. Andrei was very informative and helpful. I was able to grasp the basics.

App is easy to install and configure. It's super easy to add products and set pre-order dates, discounts, reminders, etc. This was my first time using an app like this and our first pre-order collection, and the onboarding call was extremely helpful. Support helped me understand exactly how everything would work in terms of payments and pre-order dates + had some good suggestions to optimize the campaign. Highly recommend.
