I am new to Shopify and the 'apps' Working with Timesact has been great. They are very responsive and really take the time to walk through everything. Very Happy I chose Timesact.

My set up call with Rommel was amazing. He guided me through all the apps potential and features. Explained everything in detail and did demo tests with me to show me the whole process. Really Recommend this app to merchants because of its easy to use platform and customer service. Thanks for all the help provided during my call!

The UI is simple and easy to understand, which helps.
Up to 10 products can be pre-ordered for free, which is helpful for small businesses. The support is great, very fast and accurate.

Timesact is a fantastic app and my video support with Rommel was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I highly recommend Timesact and am excited to use this app going forward.
The customer service for this app has been fabulous. Andrei was able to do a customized upload for me and left me with a video to instruct me on future changes. I wish more apps customer service took this much individual care.

Great app and great support! We installed a few others and found all the other solutions very limiting, where this one allows us to have multiple options like custom order, back order, and pre-order. During the initial setup we noticed a few issues where the content wasn't being displayed as expected, likely due to the niche theme we use, and their team was able to solve all our issues in like 20min.

Great app that does everything I hoped it would. HIGHLY recommend signing up for an onboarding session --- not sure I could have figured out all the functionality without it.
I am very impressed with this app and their customer support. I was able to do a Zoom call with Pam who not only walked me step-by-step through how to set up my account, but she actually did it for me in my Shopify store. They have been great to work with!
