I just installed the app and was having some issues setting it up. i set up an appointment and was support walk me through the whole process and explain everything to me.

The app is very easy to configurate and very user-friendly. The support is very quick and there are not any issues when installed. I recomend it 100%.
I have tried several apps and with Back in stock I have problem with this app both apps works.
Otherwise, you can track alloreder with the tags in the orders and the user know excatly each moment is a pre-order.

Great on boarding experience. Very helpful and they will actually help you customize and set-up your functionality. So much easier to go through the onboarding experience rather than trying to figure it out (great for people like me that are not technical wizards). Will be using the pre-order tonight for a product drop. Excited to see how it this works out. Will update my review when I use the app more but so far very impressed.
