I was looking for the perfect app to allow my customers to either pre-order out of stock items or get notified when back in stock. I was able to set things up initially, then I needed some help. I scheduled a zoom with support and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Support knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and got it set up for me in minutes! They were extremely, helpful, competent and friendly! I give this app and their support team 5 stars hands down!

The app had a decisive advantage for us If you have different delivery times for products or manufacturers when pre-ordering, you can map this perfectly.
We were able to set everything up very well, but then had a problem with the online display. We contacted the support team by email today and they helped us immediately and solved the problem within a day. The response was so fast and professional that we are delighted. We recommend this app without reservation.

Had a very time efficient and effective call with Jolo. He walked me through the new selling plan I needed and how to set it up for any future pre order campaigns. We also went over the additional email to the customer confirming their pre-order and the estimated shipping date.

Jon and his team have literally gone beyond the call of duty for me and my company plenty of times in just a short time span. It’s been close to a year now that we’ve been working together on some things and I have zero complaints about him. HIGHLY recommend! He’s always ready when I need help on something. Even for the littlest of things, and that’s what I appreciate the most. Each website is different of course and depending on the amount of apps/functionality it has, some items are faster/slower to load. For example a blank dawn theme of a new store is absolutely instantaneous for our app.

Some of the biggest names in DTC rely on us and in some cases we've implemented bespoke solutions to optimize speed. Since it works for them it should also work for your store. My colleague Robert implemented this for you and you seemed happy with our support when you were speaking to him directly in our live chat.

We have tried to get in contact with you via email afterwards to get more feedback from you but have had no luck so far as we believe our emails are not landing in your main inbox. Hopefully you can see this reply forwarded automatically by Shopify. Happy to chat with you anytime!
