Super easy product to help me manage back-orders. Full service app keeps customers and business owner knowing what the status is. No more guessing. Had to email support due to my site design and coding that would not allow the badge install automatically and I got a warning that the badge was not installed and to contact support for install and it was completed in a few hours. Been using Timesact for over a year now with no issues. Fast customer service and prompt replies.

I’ve tried several pre-order apps but it was the best. I've also called all buyers if they have received the email and sms that "their order contains pre-ordered product" but so far everything has worked fine. The support is also very helpful.

Full disclosure that I am not able to use the app because of the specialized coding on my shop store. However, I'm giving this review 5 stars for the professionalism of Andrei, the developer. Andrei went above and beyond to troubleshoot my setup and try to enable the app to work on my store. Who puts in this kind of time at no cost? Andrei does! I'm hoping some day he creates a Word Press plugin that may fit my site better, but know he will dedicate time to work individually with all users to provide the best customer service possible.

The app is very useful to manage your out of stock/pre-orders. Their support team is AMAZING! It didn't even take half a day to have all my special requests answered and customized. Really impressive and well-trained team. Highly recommend.

We needed an app to help manage out of stock parts on backorder, and forthcoming preorders. This app was amazing and easily integrated into our store. It allowed us to make it clear right on the "add to cart" button that the item was a preorder or backorder, an even when it would ship. We could also have different settings for individual products. We have not encountered a bug yet and highly recommend this app. Don't know what we would have done without it.
