My onboarding session with Jonathan was great. The onboarding feature is the reason I switched from one app to this one. It's so important to have the product walkthrough and have someone hear your specific questions, concerns and scenarios to reduce the time to learn the platform. Very good help articles as well.

I wholeheartedly recommend Timesact on shopify to take care of your preorder. It's easy to use, and it sets you up perfectly. Their customer service is second to none. I was doing something wrong with my setup, and reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, and effectively in taking care of my issue. Now my presale is set up seamlessly!

This is by far the best pre order app out there. Its easy to use and if you need any help the customer service is quick to respond.

Andrei is Johnny on the spot, if he sees us on the app he pops up in the chat box always ready to help! Highly recommend! This app is working perfectly for us after others did not. Andrei has went above and beyond to make sure that we have a customized button and that we got upgraded as needed.

Full disclosure that I am not able to use the app because of the specialized coding on my shop store. However, I'm giving this review 5 stars for the professionalism of Andrei, the developer. Andrei went above and beyond to troubleshoot my setup and try to enable the app to work on my store. Who puts in this kind of time at no cost? Andrei does! I'm hoping some day he creates a Word Press plugin that may fit my site better, but know he will dedicate time to work individually with all users to provide the best customer service possible.

I just had a live support session with June and I found this so helpful! I am a new boutique owner and NEED all the help I can get with leveraging product receipts, marketing and inventory management.
