I am new at this APP and had the best help and experience with ANDREI! Andrei was professional, fast, and very kind!! If I could give more stars I would!

The onboarding process was really informative and detailed. I feel confident about setting up my products for Pre-Order and Restock. Also, I appreciate that there are tutorials that I can refer to if I need help in the future.

I am writing this immediately after having taken advantage of my free video chat with Johnathan to help me set things up. I had a bit of a unique situation that he was extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating, even venturing out into an entirely unrelated app as it needed to interface with Timesact. Over the course of an hour he very thoroughly explained each one of my options and was extremely patient in repeating himself when I did not understand something the first time. The app itself seems to function precisely as I need it to and the backend offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment and any other factor you can think of. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend this very thoroughly designed app for functionality of course but also because I have not thus far received customer support at such a high level from any other app I have used. Thanks a lot Johnathan, I hope Seal Subscriptions compensates you accordingly!

Guy's I could not figure this app out, so instead of deleting the app, I got in touch with support and Andrei got in touch thru Instagram (cool) and walked me thru and it looks great. Thanks' Andrei

Was fairly easy to set up and when I ran into difficulty, the founder was right there to chat with me and offered me guidance, going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience. So happy I found this app! Looking forward to integrating it on our store for the long-term.

They answered my questions, the work they did in my account was done professionally and quickly, and they did follow up communications.

I am using this app in a fairly basic way - simply for pre-orders at the moment. That being said, it does exactly what it claims and was extremely easy to set up. Within 3 hours of it being set up I received my first pre-order so I'd say I anticipate it being a success. I also want to thank support who responded to my request for assistance with the badging in such a timely manner (especially considering I'm in Australia and they are in the US!). Absolutely brilliant service. Keep up the awesome work!

Perfect onboarding session with June. It was incredibly helpful to have to onboarding session. I thought I know how to use the app properly and yes for the start it was good but June helped me to get all of the potential out of it. Thank you so much!
