I used this app to set up a preorder facility on our shopify site, it was easy to install and easy to navigate. I had to get customer support help with adding the preorder badge on the product image. The customer support by email was very efficient and got my problem sorted straight away. I couldn't understand how to use the live chat feature, that didn't work for me but emailing customer support did .

Service is super fast and fixed my problem. Still testing out but seems very promising. Prices are very appropriate.

They offer an onboarding call for everyone that downloads the app. I just had my call and it was super helpful. The staff is very kind and responsive!

I have used this app and it does seem as though it is the best out of all the others for the price. The only thing that is really missing is the opportunity to write down the expected delivery date when customers purchase

Thank you so much for the great review! I am happy to say that you can add a date both in the pre-order message and the in cart label to inform your customers of an approximate date of delivery. You can also write any other text in there. Happy to assist you personally so we can set it up together.

I installed this app and toyed around with the settings - within 5mins Andrei had customised the pre order message on my Shopify theme! Best pre order app I have installed to date!

Timesact dropped into our Shopify theme and looked great. Had a minor technical issue and glad I did because Andrei was sitting right there at the tech support desk and had everything straightened out in minutes via chat. I installed two apps before I got Timesact to help me take pre-orders. Both had some technical issues so I deleted them right away. I kept checking for another option and found this one. I installed it and everything was easy. However, I noticed my site with some glitches, so I contacted Andrei (the owner) who has a chat option once you install the app. He found some code that remained from the other two pre-order apps that weren't allowing my website to work properly with his. He cleaned it and helped me set up everything I needed and the way I needed to start offering pre-sales. With that customer support, you can't go wrong. The app works great now.
