We encountered some issues during the initial setup, but I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional responsiveness of the customer service team. Their prompt assistance was greatly appreciated.

The onboarding session was fantastic - they set everything up and answered all my questions. The app is really configurable and does everything I need. I uninstalled another pre-order app I wasn't happy with, and am very glad I went with this one.

Andrei the founder was very helpful! He was super clear when I needed support, and was able to make custom edits for me. The app is doing exactly what I need it to, I'm beyond pleased :)

I found this app on Shopify help, and schedule a meeting straight away, Rommel is just incredible, understand my business needs so patiently and suggest the best solutions, it's a great start, I hope the app is as great as the customer support, let's see.
