Quick resolution...they didn't just tell me what to do with troubleshoot instructions like other apps but rater they made fix themselves while they were in my site assessing the issue. That made the world of difference:) I even bounced back a custom question I thought had no chance of getting an adjustment now and yep...they took care of that too. Would definitely recommend based on their excellent support!
