I have only had this app for one day, but I can say now the app and the team are amazing! I would highly recommend this app to anyone that needs a quick and easy preorder solution and there are also many other features I will be using soon!
Most importantly, the FREE Onboarding Call was an excellent touch, any bugs were fixed and my site was even sped up for me by June. Great stuff and I hope this is the start of a long term relationship! :)
Timesact has been awesome so far! So easy to use - very user friendly. And the free setup support call is awesome. I personally had Jolo do my setup support call and he was so friendly and helpful.
Jolie was absolutely amazing. Made the onboarding process easy to understand. The app itself is not very complicated if you give it a few minutes of exploration and the YouTube videos make it very easy to follow along and learn without needing too much outside support. I suggest taking to time to utilize the free 30 minute call to get any add all questions answered I. Real time with a visual representation of what to do as you follow along. Absolutely necessary app!

I wholeheartedly recommend Timesact on shopify to take care of your preorder. It's easy to use, and it sets you up perfectly. Their customer service is second to none. I was doing something wrong with my setup, and reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, and effectively in taking care of my issue. Now my presale is set up seamlessly!
This app is great for making your site simpler and more usable for your customers. Furthermore, the assistance service is really efficient and fast, which in my opinion is difficult to find around

We've been testing Pre-Orders with TimesAct on our UK and US Shopify stores. The support team are very proactive with the onboarding process and helping set up products for Pre-Order. So far it's working well, there are a few little nuances around their website that you have to understand (such as waiting for it to apply the pre-order function to the Shopify products) - we also had to speak to support to fix the little 'slash' banners appearing on the collection page but as mentioned, their support is very proactive and fix things immediately. Recommended.
