The app has been incredible to use and is an essential part of our business. The support team has been top notch (shout out to Pam) and always responsive to troubleshooting issues, which are often responded to and fixed within a matter of minutes. Set up was fairly straight forward. I did all my own set up and connecting then used the free call to make sure I did it all correctly. Jolo was very helpful on the call and in 15 minutes we had it all checked over and ready to go.

This app is exactly what I was looking for to manage our pre-orders. It is very simple to use, has good onboarding, and has enough features to customize for specific use cases. Robert the CTO has been extremely helpful getting us onboarded.

Oh and the price is very competitive for what they offer. Couldn't recommend this app enough for managing preorders.
