Really great app with all neccessary functions for pre-orders and waitlist, we use it for the last 5 months and are really happy with it
+ best support, always fixes issues within minutes
+ badges/buttons can be customized
+ extra pricing model for charities
- only 1 language can be displayed on product page and for notifications
- pre-order buttons on product page load with delay
- no separately generated list of pre-ordered products available
I found the app settings confusing, despite app reviews saying this was for beginners. The customer service, on the other hand, was A++. I got help right away. I asked a question on Thursday night (by email) and someone responded to me right away. I couldn't reply until the next morning and, again, someone was there to help me. My problem was resolved quickly (and accurately) by early Friday morning. This was great!
Not a lot of use yet but seems it will do the task needed.
Had a small issue with theme compatibility but it was quickly sorted by the helpful developer.
initially a bit difficult, but i had the intro call and then it seems quite easy.
The app does what I need and was easy to set up. There were some concerns I had about the appearance of the buttons and the support team worked with me to arrive at a solution that is suitable for my needs. Everyone I interacted with where professional and helpful.
Reach out to the team when doing tests as they can better assist you with test orders using their app.
Jolo was very helpful and personable. He is very knowledgable about the app and was very clear and solution oriented with his answers.

The app is really interesting for starting companies when the inventory is not there yet. You can start getting people on your website and even selling your products upfront.

Suite à un souci de lien sur le bouton de précommande, nous avons dû contacter le support. Celui-ci a répondu en moins de 5 minutes et, grâce à leur assistance, le problème était réglé en à peine 10 minutes.
Trop peu d'applications peuvent se vanter d'avoir un aussi bon support.

Brilliant app! a little difficult on the UI but managed to navigate it and got lots of help from Princess who sorted out my little bugs!
Would much rather if the products got grouped into selling plans instead of reporting as a whole list, makes it difficult to tweak the plan (have to apply it to each individual line or delete the products and start again!)
Lets see if it drags in the customers now! ;-)
