This app is fantastic. I've been using it for Pre-Order. The team was really helpful in helping integrate it into my theme. They were fast and incredibly responsive. I also love the pay as you go option. It's easily customizable and the support is great. Highly recommend and am super happy with it so far.

We are really loving this app so far! As a small business focused on sustainability and quality, we make everything in small batches. We do have a production schedule, so we know what items will be completed soon. Timesact has allowed us to offer the Pre-order option to our community, so they can see the expected shipping date and order confidently, rather than waiting and wondering whether the item might be available, and when!
The support is top notch-- Jolo helped me during my setup call, and he was very nice and helpful, adjusting the code in Timesact so that the buttons would look right. I had a question about applying a Shopify discount a few days later, and the customer service was so helpful-- I even got an email from the CTO which I thought was a very impressive level of care.
My only feedback is that the text the app puts on the site is not automatically translated by Shopify's translate & Adapt, and they don't currently have a multilingual option. Its not a big deal, I just put the preorder message in both English & French, but something to be aware of so you know what to expect!
Overall thrilled with the app and the support, and would recommend!

I love TimeSact! I've done several pre-order campaigns and have found the app easy to set up and manage my products. The support is also excellent. The support video calls have all been complimentary, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. I've tried different preorder apps and Timesact is one of the best. I definitely recommend this if you're in need of a preorder app. User-friendly and the support team is fantastic and quick. Like Pam, who was so friendly and quick to resolve my concern. They would cater to everything you need. They even customised some codes so that the app works perfectly on my website theme. Definitely worth the money.

They are so quick and responsive and helpful, especially as we're about to launch a new theme and wanted to make sure the process would be seamless with our pre-orders for when we publish the new site. I've had a great experience using Timesact for my Pre-Order. Their onboarding team was very kind and helpful and followed up to make sure I didn't have any additional questions and that everything was running smoothly. The app was easy to use and they have lots of YouTube video tutorials should you need them as well. Highly recommend.

Pam was amazing. Late at night I was adding Coming Soon to the website and it wasn't working . She was so helpful, calm and managed to sort it all out very quickly. Great service and a great app.

TimesAct's Pre-Order app was exactly the solution we needed when launching a new product and allowing people to pre-order it. Setup was easy and their customer support (Jonathan) was excellent when I reached out with questions.

I loved the application, it is the only one that meets my specific needs.
