The app is simple, reliable, and does exactly what a backup solution should do: quietly protect your store in the background and be ready when you need it.
What really stands out, however, is the support team. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, their response was incredibly fast, professional, and effective.
As a store owner who pays close attention to data protection and GDPR compliance, I also appreciate the transparency of the company behind the app. The developer is based in the United Kingdom and provides clear privacy documentation together with a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Competitive pricing and super simple dash board that anyone can use.. I needed some help after recently installing and the chat option was answered and we sorted my question straight away.. I honestly hope we do not have to use the app to much, but with Shopify and the fact we are bound to using more and more apps to add functionality problems are going to happen as they conflict and with this program we now have a quick and easy solution to help us get the store back to normal.

Great app accidentally deleted 12000 products and Tom helped me restore them back within a couple of days, if I didn't have the app a lot of hours would have been wasted.

The app is strategic (who wants to lose data?), very simple to setup and effective, for a very fair price.

This app is an absolute lifesaver! I encountered an issue that caused multiple products to be altered or deleted, but the support team was exceptional—they quickly restored everything to a previous version before the problem occurred. I can't thank them enough; every store truly needs this app. You might not realize its value until you need it, but when you do, it’s invaluable. I don’t know how I would have recovered from this mistake without it. 5 stars all the way—definitely not worth the risk of going without it!
