Bonus: Tip Cup is compatible with 3rd party payment providers (PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc).

How it works

1. Place the Tip Cup widget on your site (cart page, product page, etc).
2. Customers select an amount then click the button to add the tip to their cart.
3. The tip is processed along with their order at checkout.

You can put the Tip Cup snippet anywhere in your theme.

Customizable

You can change the design however you'd like, edit options in-app like:

• Button text before and after tip added
• Colors, font size, and more
• Auto fulfill tips

Tip Cup can also be used to accept donations, gift wrapping, or any upcharges. The widget is customizable + we offer free additional customizations if you need it.

Note about tips in the checkout area

If you're on Shopify Plus, you can add the Tip Cup widget to your checkout area.

If you're not on Shopify Plus, you're limited to anywhere except the checkout area. If you don't use 3rd party payment options and want tipping in the Checkout page, Shopify's native checkout tip feature may work for you.
