Tipo Appointment Booking

Most of the time app works ok. But a couple of times now clients have booked and paid for appointments but app fails to notify me by email to say there has been a booking made. Also when I have rejected appointments app has failed to let the client know. Not sure whats going on??

Very happy with how Tipo works. There are tons of options to customize the booking system, email sequences and its super easy to integrate into your product page. Developer was also very quick to respond and offer solutions we needed.

I have been using Tipo for a number of months and although some technical issues they have always on hand to help, thank you Tipo & Laura.

The app is very easy to install and configure. The only short coming is some of the lack of design features or I would have given it 5 stars. The features that are there are plenty useful though and everything work as expected.

It works as promised and they're quick to respond if there is an issue! I would recommend it to others! Still great service. I really appreciate the team and all their help!

We are using this application already for a while and the service and communication with the team is great.

We used this app for a client of ours and so far its working great. There was one issue we had, but the support was quick with their reply and as it turned out. It was a simple mistake made by me... Easy to install and to edit to your needs.

Our needs are pretty minimal, we're using Tipo to provide in-person shopping appointments with one location and one user. The Tipo team was *very* responsive to communication and wrapped up some custom details for us very quickly.

I used this app to schedule and keep track of appointments. I am satisfied with the customer service + their response time whenever I have an issue. I will continue to use this app.
