my theme is purchased on shopify. yet this app said my theme is not supported by their team. anyways, they eventually managed to hide my pay button, but also stopped everything that i've edited to be actively displayed onto my website................
Terrible customer service. I've contacted them several times and given them access to my Shopify as an admin. No action and no follow-up. I'm going to have to uninstall
Not a good app for long term use or if your a service based business. When changing available dates and times for the employees schedule it doesn’t always update automatically on my website. I’ve had people double book, times and dates became available that I did not set. Sometimes people weren’t able to book so they had to contact me. It was honestly a headache and I will be switching to a different booking system this month.
I was a huge fan of the Tipo Appointment Booking App. The app has started glitching out and not allowing people to book any services, which in turn, is loosing me money. I've contacted support multiple times and no response. I think once the app is completely functional it should get 5 stars. But for now, its causing my business a lot of money
I had added this app with the intention of using it in the future. Without me realizing it, they made a number of edits to my site's theme yesterday which messed up my website and cost me a LOT of money when my much anticipated shop update went live today but my customers couldn't buy anything because the "add to cart button" was mysteriously gone from every product page after the edits Tipo Appointment Booking made. I deleted the app and the "add to cart" button came back on my website immediately. Unfortunately it took me hours to figure out that this is what was causing the issue. Really annoyed and wouldn't recommend this app.

I'm so sorry for hearing the issue.
Our dev has fixed the issue. If you install the app and get the issue. you only need to re-integrate theme. the issue will be fixed.

Extremely disappointed with this app. I went for the paid verson so I could access the extra features including having the ability to have 10 different locations that my customer could book services. It was only after I paid did it become clear that each registered employee could only be available at a single location. For a small business with limited employees, this makes the app pretty much useless. Very misleading information given in the app description prior to purchase.
Once installed, the app stopped all products from being loaded into my cart. So, people were able to take a course (yay!) but any ebook, business plan or other product was not able to be purchased. I lost sales. Took 2 hours with shopify team and they couldn't figure it out. Finally uninstalled the app and sure enough, my site was fixed! Sounds like they have quite a bug to workout.
The language is setting is not working, after i edited and redesign the form, the entire thing is not updated. many codes have bugs i guess, poorly designed. Some team member must contact me ASAP if you want to retain me as a customer
It's frustrating, before using the app it is asking for review and blocking the screen. At least let people use it first.

Great app and great support. We had an issue on displaying the booking template and it has been solved in few minutes.

We're using this app for treatment bookings and so far the app is working well. Once we'd learned our way around the app it's been working great. One feature request is that it would be great to allow customers to reschedule a booking themselves in the front end. Other than that, very impressed!
Great app,works greate with no issues for clients. would be perfect if they could pair this with a molibe app to manage bookings! Fantatic support, very helpful, would highly recommend, great price.
Could be better does have some glitches in the system with overbooking. I wish there was another way to see grouped names instead of clicking on every appointment. It gets the job done.

im not satisfied with the customer service. i need help at this time because i have a fivver personal helping create my landing page and we are stuck at this point. ive tried several time to reach out to customer service. Their is no number to call or chat box for chating . i chose the free plan just to check out the app before paying .
The app is really simple to add to your Shopify store page. We have upgraded our plan and now have the ability to add in Extra Fields (questions with check boxes, open text boxes, radio buttons etc) at the end of the booking process which allows us to retrieve any information we require from the customer - really useful tool!

The minus is that there is no live support, with it I would solve all my problems with settings much faster.

We have been using this App for a month. We are strongly recommended this App not only because it meets our needs but also it has a good customer service. Email reply within a day which help us solve lots of issue. Although it may need some improvement and customization for different kind of use, I like the way they would hear from the customer.
We've been using this app to help us mitigate scheduling for a service in particular that has completely blown up in our area, and it has been a huge relief to have that off our shoulders. Having the option of a google calendar integration as well has been a major selling point for us. Easy to set up, easy to use. Only thing I wish was if there was a way to increase time on appointment windows based on more people being brought.

I use this app for booking my appointments for my clients. I would prefer if you could easily rebook new appointments. I cant book 2 or 3 appointment together we have to go into the system again. Hopefully this can be arranged, Thank you very much

It works, but it's mostly just okay. The UI is a bit clunky and doesn't work well on a mobile screen.

TIPO has helped us as a car care service company to make our customers book services easily. We might have missed something but an improvement for us would be to be able to schedule the exact amount of time a service takes, for us it´s days.
