日本語でも対応可能でたすかりました。

一つだけ、
お客様からの予約の変更とキャンセルができないので、
今後お客様からもキャンセルや変更の処理ができるようになることを期待したいです。

チャットですぐにサポートを受けることができます。日本語でメッセージを送信しても大丈夫です。特にLauraさんという方のサポートが大変丁寧でした。

使い始めですが、サポートもあり、いまのところ満足しています。

複数の類似アプリを検討の上、こちらに決めました。

何より無料であること。
カレンダーなど予約に求める機能はほぼ全て網羅している。 ・デメリット
ソート機能に難あり（有料でもいいので改善してほしい…）

Laura was really helpful when I needed assistance with the booking system today. Despite the time difference she managed to figure out what I'd missed and get me the help I needed. This is often the case whenever I've needed assistance. The updates have caught me off guard a few times when things have changed but Laura has always got me back on track promptly.

Loading the calendar and checking appointments can sometimes feel a bit long winded (my staff struggle to check appointments without me) but the app generally works well for my business.

The app works well. Could be a bit more user friendly as it's quite tricky to work out where it gets its inputs from for the info used in the booking. I'm using it to allow hosts to book our room for workshops so a little different to how most people use it probably. The chat help feature is good and they always resolve any problems I have within 24 hours.

Laura was great at answering my concerns fast and precise ! A few bugs now and then though

Pretty straightforward booking app. Easy to use, they are very helpful if you need help with anything or have issues.
