Just set this thing up, it seems quite easy - I ask a question on how to and while waiting for response I understand how to do it myself. Support - I talked to Laura - is really great and nice!
Update - have been using it for a few months - great team, so helpful, love the app, definitely recommend!!
Update - it has been a year and support is really great - thank you Laura! - they changed some things that I didn't like and showed me how I can change them myself. Mind you - I have a Free plan :)
I would've liked some more native features in the app but it's a seamless booking app & customizable witch is what you want for your business. The support team is fantastic - responsive, efficient, and quick to turn around custom requests.

I have 2 stores and I am from Bulgaria and I want to tell you that these guys from the app integrated both my stores in 1 Google Calendar and also did some uniqe translations for me so my patients can use the app without needing to translate anything. I highly recommend this app it is so good, really and don't hesitate. If you find anything that is lacking in the app, just contact the support :)
The Tipo team, especially Laura, are excellent and helped us customise our booking app exactly as we needed. Since they have a large time difference to the US, it takes a day to get responses, but as long as you tell them exactly what you need, they will work on it while you are off line and have edits ready for you to see when you check back in. The app itself is perfect for what we need and can customise beautifully with your website.
Tipo not only works great, but is easy to use and the support team behind the app is next level! Laura works very hard to ensure a quality experience and that the app works as it is intended. Very happy I went with Tipo!
