Toki is the best value in ecommerce rewards, period. Their feature set is second to none in our experience, and their unreasonably accommodating support makes it feel like we have our own rewards team in-house; Elise and Bonnie took a genuine personal interest and sense of urgency during our very needy onboarding month. I tried several others in the past that never got fully implemented because the support was weak - Toki simply MAKES IT HAPPEN. If you try them out and for some reason regret it, I'll send you a free pack of Gardencups.

We recognized the importance of a loyalty program for our brand, and sought a solution that could offer more than just cash back and incentives to our customers.
Toki was that solution!
Our goal was to have a platform that would allow customizable loyalty programs and a referral system where customers can present their own apple/ google wallet pass to not only give discounts but also to receive credits in doing so.
In addition the exceptional level of customer support provided by their customer support is unbelievable. It exceeded any other support experience we had encountered before. The product itself is outstanding, constantly evolving, and has proven to be highly effective in increasing customer engagement and boosting revenue.
If you're seeking a way to actively engage with your customers beyond SMS and Email, we highly recommend the Toki app.

Finally, someone built a loyalty program for the 21st century.

Writing this as a happy customer, no affiliation with Toki! I've honestly been so fed up with existing loyalty programs so when we found Toki, we knew we had a better way to serve our community of 50,000 customers.

What stood out to us about Toki special was the following:
- Innovating the wallet as primary interaction interface of program
- Referral paths confirmed and clear as a privileged customer experience
- Activities and rewards tied to participation in community / brand initiatives
- Universal log in via existing email profiles

The future of loyalty is getting brighter - we're excited to launch new community challenges and initiatives to our following.

Oh, one last thing, with a wallet that stays in front of all of our customer experiences, it means we can now integrate our content pushes WITH loyalty where we couldn't before.

This system is SOOO good! The support I have received from the team has been outstanding so far and I'm very excited by the prospects ahead. The interface is easy to setup and integrate and the functionality is simple and outstanding. There are many tutorials to help, alongside live chat with fast responses.

I have tried several loyalty apps - this is hands down the best one I've experienced.

We've been really impressed by toki. Although a newer app the potential Toki has to unlock for your business is limitless. The team is also provides great service and is really attacking the loyalty game differently than those before them. Highly recommend.

The app has been an awesome way for us to better engage our customer and give them incentives to come back to our shop more often. Our customers love it.

We have been working with Toki for the past few months and have been absolutely impressed with their customer-centric approach and innovative loyalty platform.
