Tolstoy Shoppable Video & UGC

I saw this app featured on a very popular Shopify store and tried it myself and it's amazing! Great feature to include video promotions on your sites Highly recommend this app!

The App is super useful. Not only has it improved my performance, but it also solved so many problems I was struggling with before. I used Tolstoy as an onboarding interactive video experience on my website. Kind of a more personalized way of a chatbot. Using my Tolstoy, leads and clients were able to navigate their way towards the content they were looking for at my website. I can definitely say that it has increased the number of qualified leads I get every month, and as a result, increased my overall sales. I say “qualified”, since by using their analytics I get a full report on each participant’s journey, so I know which options they made before leaving their details, and then when I get back to them I already know exactly what they’re looking for. But not only that, but Tolstoy also lowered the number of support tickets I received. This is also very valuable for me. Leads who struggle to find what they are looking for can get an immediate answer, without me having to get back to them a day later, which normally is too late. It took me a bit of time to understand its potential at the beginning. I must admit that since it’s free I assumed it probably doesn’t generate much value. However, I once contacted their support and they were super nice and wanted to get on a call right away to make sure I make the best possible use of it. So I’d highly recommend reaching out to them if you have any problems. Highly recommended!

This app is incredible! You can create all of the video right on your phone so no fancy cameras needed and the quality uploads great! We have already increased our sales just by adding this app to our website! It's a great way to answer common questions and give a more personal feel to your site. If you do anything today... I love this app. It is such a great way to be that much more interactive with your customers. The customer support is A-1. They answer you back super quickly with all the answers to your questions and really walk you through anything you don't understand. They even provide video how-tos so that you know exactly how to go about doing what you need to get done on the app. Mikaela is awesome. She's been helping me from the beginning and I love the fact that I can go straight to her with my questions. So you can mantain communication with the same customer care representative if you'd like. This makes things so much easier because she already knows my business. I highly recommend the Tolstoy app.
