I have been using the app for more than a year on a couple of my stores and it's amazing! It's easy to navigate and the Customer Case team is always there to help you if you encounter any issues or difficulties.

Great feature-rich app, and I really appreciate the support team. They’re incredibly patient and helpful. There’s just a small issue for those in the JST time zone, but they really went above and beyond to assist. If I had one suggestion, it would be about the chat notification system. Sometimes it doesn't send email alerts, so you have to keep an eye on the chat box. Other than that, great experience overall!

Connected with Earl for tech support. He was fast to reply and solved my problem, sent me a screen shot and video to help get me dialed. Having used another AI video creation platform, Tolstoy is superior as it produces as advertised, provides amazing tech support, and costs far less. I will recommend. Thanks Earl!
