I reached out to customer support regarding Tolstoy not working on mobile devices. Mikaela looked into the matter and was able to let me know why that was happening and how to fix it. It was a seamless process. Great customer service. Love the app but also love that customer service is top notch with Tolstoy.

My experience with Tolstoy has been wonderful thanks to Niezls customer support. They truly care about making sure each user is looked after. Every single time we have had a question about the app, or need to make changes, they have been quick to response and helped us throughout the entire process. Very easy to set up in Shopify and integrate with our e-marketing and SMS platform (Omnisend through Zapier.) Allow higher conversion rate, sign up, and decrease bounce rate. Allows customers to be guided through video. The team is awesome in support!! Has built-in videos too to help get started. HIGHLY recommend this app.

Super easy to use, and Niezl has been so helpful with all my questions. Video is a critical piece for my business, and I've seen conversion rates improve dramatically since displaying videos using Tolstoy in my store. So far so good!
