Looks great! Had issues at first with our theme not having blocks/sections, contacted support and they installed it on our website in a few hours. Mikaela was our support representative and she was incredibly helpful throughout everything. Very easy to work with, didn't need much from us to install the widget. Excited to see how this performs for us : )

The app is good, but all the extended functions are not worth the extortionate variable costs this app generates.

Buyer beware - keep a very close eye on your impressions and expect hefty monthly fees for that usage.

We have chose to remove the app in favour of less functional alternatives that offer the core functions we needed at 1/10th the price.

Super impressive product and more impressive team. They really go out of their way to listen to customer feedback, ideas and business problems and then quickly ship solutions. They're on their way to becoming our full AI suite of tools

Tolstoy is an excellent app — shoppable video stories for e-commerce really bring products to life. We’ve used it for over a year and it definitely adds value.

We did face a difficult experience with charges that added up to thousands of dollars over many months, mainly due to our own lack of attention. The app does send monthly usage emails, but we overlooked them. Thankfully, once we reached out, the team — including the CEO — listened and worked with us to find a fair solution. That level of support gave us confidence to continue with them.

The concept is strong, the team truly cares, and the app delivers real value. Just be mindful to keep an eye on usage so you don’t get caught off guard. The integrations with Instagram, Google Drive and TikTok are a great tool of this app.

We are so excited to have this app on our website. Having UGC videos will definitely increase our conversion rate. Niezl from support is super helpful and we highly recommend!

Great feature-rich app, and I really appreciate the support team. They’re incredibly patient and helpful. There’s just a small issue for those in the JST time zone, but they really went above and beyond to assist. If I had one suggestion, it would be about the chat notification system. Sometimes it doesn't send email alerts, so you have to keep an eye on the chat box. Other than that, great experience overall!
