This app has become the most widely integrated app across our site. We're using it on nearly every product page, on our instructions and educational pages, and more. I was having issues with my video and spoke with Mikaela to troubleshoot. She was more than helpful, and went as far as to actually install the correct video on my site and on mobile. I expected the usual support response that tells you to read an article, but this 1-on-1 HUMAN interaction was so appreciated!

We have some challenges during implementation but the Tolstoy team has been very helpful and supportive in helping to resolve all the issues. I like the UI, not much customization is needed, it goes with any theme. It is also super easy to import your videos and it has been running smoothly on our site.
