I started using Tolstoy beta version since 2020 in my old store and recently installed in my new store. Thank you so much to Tolstoy's support team for transferring the perks over to my new store. With Tolstoy, I'm able to create interactive shoppable video widget at the bottom corner of my webpage for customers to have a closer look at each product. You can even include a few buttons with jump logic so you'll know what customers are looking for. I'm also able to embed videos on a specific page and hide widget on other pages. Tolstoy now has a new feature 'video feed' which enables you to make a page similar to an Instagram or TikTok feed, but with more interactive features. I'm excited to use it too. Their analytics page is also detailed but comprehensive so you'll know which is your best performing Tolstoy video series. My only regret was not to start using it earlier, but I'm grateful to be able to use this app for better retention and customer experience. Their support team are very friendly and effective, so you're in good hands. Once again, thank you Team Tolstoy for helping us online shop owners make better websites :)

I downloaded Tolstoy after several recommendations. Very user-friendly app. Still i needed some help; so I got help from Niezl. She was super helpful. Later on I contacted once again to ask various questions regarding technical issues and Mikaela resolved all of them for me. Very fast to answer, very problem-solving oriented stuff. Now I use Tolstoy on my website and I love it. Thank you all!

I love this app. It is such a great way to be that much more interactive with your customers. The customer support is A-1. They answer you back super quickly with all the answers to your questions and really walk you through anything you don't understand. They even provide video how-tos so that you know exactly how to go about doing what you need to get done on the app. Mikaela is awesome. She's been helping me from the beginning and I love the fact that I can go straight to her with my questions. So you can mantain communication with the same customer care representative if you'd like. This makes things so much easier because she already knows my business. I highly recommend the Tolstoy app.

My company's products are all video-based, so I'm using Tolstoy to make my website very video-forward. I am loving all the new products they are introducing. I was able to embed a welcome video into the Shopify Order Confirmation email sent to my customers. We are also going to use the shoppable videos that link to out Shopify online store. I can't wait to see what they introduce next. Oh, and the customer service has been outstanding.

I was searching for a lead generation app. I downloaded and deleted 5 other apps until I tried Tolstoy. It exceeded my expectations. My lead generation/question form is much more professional than I originally imagined. And the customer service is great! I had a question about my lead generation form and Galia responded within a day and my question was answered! Thank you guys I appreciate this app !

I like the app. It made my website interactive and helped to resolve the problem of navigation on the site for the clients who are not sure what they want.

It is relatively easy to install and use the Go Tolstoy App. It took us less than 5 minutes to setup and launch the widget on our website ( check it out on www.myfooden.com ) . The 5 minutes exclude the work done on creating the videos! Upon setting its parameters (like which page to trigger on) we bumped a bit and had to contact support.
They got back to us in under a day and the support quality is really high and really present. Kudos there! The response was precise, concise and on point. To be really fair and critical, we would have liked to see some customisation options in terms of popup size and page placement on mobile view. Nevertheless, think of GoTolstoy no less!

I love this app! It's the best free app available in Shopify. I've downloaded this for sometime and my only regret is not to start using it earlier. It's not as difficult as it seemed. Apart from allowing us to include an expandable video on webpages, we can add captions and buttons, video parts and jump logic for our visitors to have better online experience. It also enables integration with email subscription service such as Klaviyo. Thank you Tolstoy for this amazing app and service.

Honest review, Initially I downloaded Tolstoy to see what it was about. When I noticed it was helping identify with your market by becoming more personal by making a video. the thought of me putting myself on video kind of frightened my so I uninstalled it. the next day I recieved a call from Joel who was able to explain the full benefits of Tolstoy and I have given it a second try. All I can say is wow! Thank you Joel for reaching back out ot me with great customer service and I found I do not have to directly be on video until I'm ready. They have hundreds of templates that you can upload to your site. I recommend everyone try this out and it's free!

Extremely fast responding team. My requests were quite intricate and difficult, but the Tolstoy team still managed to do their coding magic and make it work. The App is super useful. Not only has it improved my performance, but it also solved so many problems I was struggling with before. I used Tolstoy as an onboarding interactive video experience on my website. Kind of a more personalized way of a chatbot. Using my Tolstoy, leads and clients were able to navigate their way towards the content they were looking for at my website. I can definitely say that it has increased the number of qualified leads I get every month, and as a result, increased my overall sales. I say “qualified”, since by using their analytics I get a full report on each participant’s journey, so I know which options they made before leaving their details, and then when I get back to them I already know exactly what they’re looking for. But not only that, but Tolstoy also lowered the number of support tickets I received. This is also very valuable for me. Leads who struggle to find what they are looking for can get an immediate answer, without me having to get back to them a day later, which normally is too late. It took me a bit of time to understand its potential at the beginning. I must admit that since it’s free I assumed it probably doesn’t generate much value. However, I once contacted their support and they were super nice and wanted to get on a call right away to make sure I make the best possible use of it. So I’d highly recommend reaching out to them if you have any problems. Highly recommended!

Very cool concept, that allows me to direct my visitors directly to the products that are most relevant to them. I had some trouble getting started and the support team helped me right away! Really good experience.
