Using the app for a fairly well trafficked and known brand to add additional items and so far functions well. Need to work on some of the processes and returns, but support is quick and helpful to solve and take feedback.

Updating your store with number in stock and prices are impossible to do. Support saids well Shopify had a big update and didnt tell us, but they have been saying that for 3 months. Would not recommend and if you do try with Top Dawg get ready for frustration in trying to get it to work and wasting time and money in trying to get it to work.

TopDawg has great customer service which has been very helpful to me. My only complaint is that they could use some improvements on their website set up, for example the commands and tools to set up your products. They need a button that prices out all varieties of a product with the same retail price. Currently you have to manually edit each size and variety of an item if you ever want to edit the price. This can be very tedious and time consuming. Other than that, they are a great wholesaler!

Talk about getting nickle-and-dimed. Not only do you pay a monthly membership fee (they don't even list the price for their top-tier plan, but their second-level plan is $24/month, their 3rd-tier is $59/month), but you also have to pay an order processing fee, plus a fee to download a CSV Product Spreadsheet (it's a per-department cost, too, which I assume means you get charged this fee every single time you download it). Their free plan allows you to list a whopping 5 products -- yes, 5 -- and you have to pay a $3 order processing fee and a $12 CSV product spreadsheet download fee. It's absolutely insane.
And then there's the cost of their products. A printed oversized T-shirt made with 100% Organic Cotton. Okay, great. Product cost? $49.95 MSRP? $74.00. Oh, let's not forget shipping costs: Low $9.18, Average $9.35, High $9.68. That's domestic shipping, let's not even talk about international rates.
Yeah, good luck making any money with this app.

We appreciate you taking the time to review our pricing structure and it looks like you understood it clearly. We pride ourselves on being completely transparent with our membership pricing so that everyone understands what they are opting into when they sign up for a free account or upgrade to a paid account.
I would like to point out that with a free account you can see the details of every product in our catalog, over 600,000 SKU’s, without having to download a spreadsheet. And because you have a Shopify store, you can install a state-of-the-art app from TopDawg, providing all the integration tools needed to sync product data, sell products, process orders and receive carrier tracking for your customers directly to your store. Also, stock levels are automatically synced with your integrated inventory and we support best-rate carrier calculated shipping rates, in real time, for your store checkout process. All of this is done seamlessly with one of our paid membership plans. You will also notice that the spreadsheet downloads are free in any of our paid membership plans.
It is important to know that the free account is just for browsing our catalog, viewing product details and allows users to learn how to navigate our platform before upgrading to a paid plan. The pricing for all membership plans, including the premier level, can be viewed by clicking on the “learn more” link or “see all pricing options” link located in the TopDawg Shopify App Listing. It can also be found by clicking on the “pricing” link located in the top nav of the TopDawg website.
Finally, the cost for products on our platform is set by the suppliers listing the products in our catalog, and the shipping cost associated with those items are determined by the carriers assigned to them. Sometimes the size of the item increases the shipping costs over smaller items, but you always have the option to pass those costs, or a portion of them, on to the customers in one way or another. If the shipping cost on some products is too high for your liking, I would suggest not choosing to sell those products and picking something else from our extensive catalog that better meets your needs.

Ridiculous prices so high, those are not wholesale prices. You can get these products a lot cheaper from everywhere on the internet. This app is not profitable for the seller. App support response - " However, the fact that we have many retailers that are selling these same products and making a great profit doing so would indicate that our wholesale pricing is very competitive." Yeah competitive enough to price your business out the game

Sorry to hear about your experience and hope we can help resolve your issues with the product pricing you found in our app. Occasionally a supplier product listing gets undercut by pricing fluctuations in the market, but we do have the ability to reach out to suppliers who’s pricing may need to be updated to reflect current market conditions.
If there are products that you feel are not priced correctly, we would like to know which products you’re referring to so we can investigate further.

Terrible product selection and the products that they do have are knock-offs that are extremely poor quality.
I would love the opportunity to assist you but since your Shopify store isn’t live (Listed as opening soon) and you aren’t a registered user in our system, I can’t identify who you are or what you were looking at before you made this review.
Furthermore, since you only had the app installed for 6 minutes, just long enough to write a review, how were you able to test the functionality of it or find the time to evaluate almost 600,000 products to determine we have a terrible selection? The fact that we have 600,000 products across 12 departments would suggest otherwise.
Finally, it is hard to make a statement like “our products are knockoffs” unless you purchased some samples. FYI, all our suppliers are fully vetted, 98% of them are shipping from the USA and they all have a legal right to sell the products listed on our platform. Any suppliers that violate this mandate would be removed immediately.
I could only hope you made a big mistake, and the review was meant for a different APP. Please do the right thing and take down this review.
