We could not be happier with the Touchcard team. Jamie has been a wonderful point of contact and is always super helpful gathering data, proving ROAS, and brainstorming new strategies.

Without question, using Touchcard increases our loyalty and repeat customers. I'd recommend anyone using this app if you want to increase LTV and build brand awareness/loyalty.

We plan on using Touchcard for the indefinite future, as it is a major part of our overall strategy.

We used Touchcard to inform our customers of our service dates. Jamie helped segment our lists, and make some tweaks to our design and made the whole project simple and straightforward. Our cards were well received and we will definitely use Touchcard again! Great customer service and support. A+

Love this idea! Dustin and his team put together a great Christmas campaign to send to a segment of our top customers for 2016.

We've already seen a return of 2.5x on our investment. Would definitely use their service again.

This is a great app and what makes it even better is Jamie. He has been so on top of things and proactive, it feels like I have a dedicated account manager. He is proactive about analyzing my stats and sending me updates so I can get the most from the service. Highly recommended for adding a analog touch in a digital world.

We have used Touchcard now for two one-time campaigns. They've been a pleasure to work with - their team responds quickly and is very accommodating. They can work very quickly and the project turn-around is much quicker than other direct mail options. We would recommend!

I'm in my first week of active campaigns and I love the service that Touchcard provides. Their support and service are definitely top of the line, their service is unique and I think it's really driving results and repeat buyers. Definitely recommend!

Installed this app a few months ago and have received nothing but stellar support. The best customer service I've ever encountered among the Shopify apps - so much value for money! Dustin and his team have gone out of their way to help me with the postcard design and a pretty unusual request for customisation.

We're sending off over 700 cards this week and I'm very excited to see the returns. I'll be updating my review once I've heard my customer's feedback.

We're using Touchcard to replace our short-lived loyalty program. The postcards are a much more personal way to remind our customers that we're still here.

I started using this app to try and get some more return visitor purchases. While it has not generated a lot of sales yet, several customers have commented on how much they like to receive the card, and liked the quality of the card. I will keep using them along with other methods to keep our products on our customers minds.
