It's a great site and I connected this for my site and my customers can easily track their package.
Great app! Does it’s job well and it also has a free version.
The application is very fluid, and very attractive visually gives the information very well, overall it is a very good experience.
While support was good and the UI was easy, it lacks some features other apps offer, such as the ability to both monitor shipping within Shopify's dashboard and use custom emails (seems you can only do one or the other). Also, I'm always paranoid about adding a new tracking app, in case customers receive dated or duplicate emails, so I checked with support that this definitely wouldn't happen. I was assured, but the day after adding the app and turning on notifications, I got a customer email replying to a Track123 "Delivered" email they just received, for an order that was actually delivered a week ago. No idea yet how many other customers received these emails, but it's exactly what I wanted to avoid.
