Best free plan available on the platform (settings, customization, number of orders available).
Support top notch (I am still in the free plan) and they answer in minutes (hello Salma).
Recommended, and I've tried so many of these apps.

Track123 has been an absolute game-changer for my store. The setup was quick, the interface is clean, and it integrates perfectly with Shopify. It has definitely reduced the number of “Where is my order?” messages we receive.

The customization options are great too — I was able to match the tracking page to my brand in just a few minutes. Everything works smoothly, and the app runs without any issues.

Track123 has been an absolute lifesaver for tracking my shipments. The app is incredibly easy to use, updates are fast and accurate, and it supports packages from so many carriers all in one place. I initially experienced some issues with the PayPal tracking sync and the in-app support chat not working. However, the Track123 team reached out quickly and helped me resolve everything.

Their support was patient, proactive, and genuinely committed to fixing the problem. Now the app is working smoothly, and the PayPal sync feature is functioning correctly.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the PayPal auto-sync issue, we’ve checked the logs on our side and found that the PayPal API returned the following error:

“Provided Transaction ID Is Not A Seller Transaction.”

This usually indicates that the transaction ID submitted to PayPal does not belong to the seller’s PayPal account. Could you please double-check whether the PayPal account you connected in our app is the same one used to receive payments in Shopify?

At the same time, we are also verifying whether Shopify has recently made any changes on their PayPal integration side that could affect this flow. Since many of our customers are currently connected to PayPal and syncing tracking numbers successfully, we believe this may be a non-typical, account-specific issue. We will continue monitoring this closely.

About the issue where the chat window could not be used.

We understand how frustrating this must be. Our in-app chat is provided by Intercom, and all system monitoring currently appears normal.

If possible, could you please share a screenshot or short video of the issue? This would greatly help us identify what happened.

Great app! Be sure to turn all notification. This app send email notification to your customer about your order so you have less wismo question. Trust me you want to avoid that ;) this app will help with that
