I had quite a few technical problems & questions when installing the App. Tanmay immediately offered me help and after 2 or 3 minutes we were on a call together.
He helped me fix those problems and answered all of my questions. Thank you!
Would definitely recommend using this app if you want to install multiple pixels in your store.
EDIT: So I encountered another Problem and Tanmay fixed it within 10-15 minutes and now everything is Tracking Properly again. Really Good Support

So far so good. I am a new subscriber and had some difficulty with the setup. I had the pleasure of working with Etien to resolve the issues. He worked diligently and quickly while explaining what he was doing along the way. All in all my first support experience was a positive one. This app has made tracking data from fb so easy, as well as creating segmented audiences and catalogs for fb. In the last 4-5 years working with Trackify I have only had two issues and both times customer service was very helpful in fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend them!
