The support team is a nightmare, you can never wait for them to reply. Every time I build a new catalog by tag but couldn't sync to the facebook catalog set.

used this app to set up back up pixels, had a little trouble but customer service was quick and helpful!:)

Update: i had an issue with duplicating the data and they were quick to fix the solution! Nothing but the best from them!

I used trackify to configure my facebook pixel, and also they were quick to make a videocall with me and make sure everything was configured properly and optimize the results.

I was having all sorts of trouble with my Facebook Pixel so I installed this app. I'm glad I did – it's the best app I've installed this year! First: It just works. But as importantly, the video walkthroughs for installation and throughout the app are clear and thorough. Plus, customer service is responsive and clear (and patient!). All around, a great experience.

We are using the app for 14 months now and its without a doubt, the most significant tool we have, If you are serious about your business It's a tool that you must have, beyond that the support is just great and you get a great added value from the advice given to you by Thomas and its Team.
For us, there is a winning combination here - We strongly recommend.

Great Support. Dylan takes his time to go through all the settings. We even double checked that the set- up works correctly during the call. App also looks great, Looking forward to seeing great results.

I need to update my initially positive review. Everything started amazing. Great setup support to lure us in. We set this up in 4 of our stores. But then just days later, the tracking broke completely. No conversions tracked, tracking was completely off. We couldn't fix it and had to turn off our ads. We reached out to support with an urgent request, our messages were read, but no one replied. Eventually, they did with a day delay promised to fix it, which never happened. Deleting this app now after 3 days of no support fixing the issue.

I like the app and the support, I got this tech guy name Tanmay he was able to connect with me over zoom and started to work on some issues I had with my pixel at my store, he was very helpful and we solved the problem, thanks again.
