I have had a few small issues since moving over to TrackingMore, and like every App there are good and not so good points. I had an issue with orders not synching and Megan was on it straight away and fixed it. The support team is super quick, really helpful and get's a solution every time. This is where Apps fall down if there support team is not engaged or difficult to get hold of when you need them.

Asha was very helpful in setting up the app.
The tracking page makes it easy for customers to track their order status and shipment progress while staying on our site. The page easily integrates into our website and into Shopify. An added bonus is the analytics provided by the app.

I highly recommend it! Ultra-fast and fantastic support. Excellent service both in customer service and customization. the app is nice and easily customizable, paid plan is pretty cheap and not totally necessary, and support is great, Ashley was extremely helpful
