So far, so good. We've encountered some syncing issues, and it took a while to identify and resolve the problem, but the team successfully fixed it.
All is well now, and it's a good app.

We’ve had on-and-off tracking problems (two shops) for a long time.
Previously every time we contact them, support just manually fixes the 50+ broken orders for the moment, but the problem comes back again soon after.
- Update: We finally received a thorough review of the app, and it is now functioning flawlessly. It's a great app; I just wish we had gotten the help sooner.

This app does exactly what it promises. A very efficient tracking way for our Swiss business clients. It offers a good level of language localization options as well as a very high level of personalization on the way the information are displayed on the tracking page. The support is also important and in the first 2-3 days of implementation both Victoria and Asha from the support team has been very responsive and quick in resolving a couple of challenges we had with CSS scripts. Highly reccomended.

Asha was very helpful in setting up the app.
The tracking page makes it easy for customers to track their order status and shipment progress while staying on our site. The page easily integrates into our website and into Shopify. An added bonus is the analytics provided by the app.

I like the fact that our tracking numbers provide the update to our customers but keeps them on our site versus linking them to UPS or USPS website. Gives us that much more cred in regards to providing a quality all in one service.

I have had a few small issues since moving over to TrackingMore, and like every App there are good and not so good points. I had an issue with orders not synching and Megan was on it straight away and fixed it. The support team is super quick, really helpful and get's a solution every time. This is where Apps fall down if there support team is not engaged or difficult to get hold of when you need them.

Excellente app avec un service client fantastique. J'avais fais la demande il y a plusieurs mois de pouvoir choisir le délai de livraison selon les catégories de produits. Cette option n'existait pas alors. TrackingMore est revenu vers moi de leur propre chef une fois cette nouvelle option disponible avec le mode de paramétrage. Vraiment ravie!
