Masking Rules Don't Work (Costing Me Business!)

This app's masking rules feature is absolutely broken. It's supposed to hide or replace content to protect my brand image, but it does NOTHING. I've reported this issue TWICE in the past two weeks, and there's been zero response from customer support.

In the meantime, I'm LOSING BUSINESS because I can't control the content users see. This is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app until they fix this critical feature.

My experience with TrackingMore has been fantastic so far! Ashley, the agent I spoke with, was incredibly helpful in removing their branding from my tracking page.

I had a very positive experience with this app. I find this easier to use and set up than aftership, maybe it's just me. The customer service rep at the chat was super helpful. I really like the interface and ease of use.
